Christian is seen as one of Australias best junior talents and has a personal best of 47.13s and 1:49min in these two events. Through consistent training Christian has had a successful athletics career to date. For three consecutive years Christian has been the national champion for his age group, and is currently the under-20 champion in both the Australian Nationals and and all-school national ranks.

Due to his early success and performances Christian is part of theAthletics Australia under 19 squad. In this squad Christian is privileged to train alongside the very best under 19 talent and coaches Australia has to offer.

Christian has certainly shown dominance in the 800m discipline however, when questioned Christian and Anula (Head Coach) will say that it is the 400m that pushed him as a junior athlete to be able to force when competing amongst the very best open athletes in Australia.

After an outstanding effort in the 400m at this year’s Australian Junior championships, Christian was granted a place in the “Gold Coast Gold Relay program”. This team screams talent and promise with Davis now being seen as having similar potential as Steve Solomon, Luke Stevens and Alex Beck.

However, when speaking to one of the most modest athletes Christian will be quick to say how fortunate he is to have a such a well renown coach in international athletics, Anula Costa.
